Today, RentinTEX is a curated portfolio of 35 short-term rental homes across East Austin, the Domain, Lake Travis, and the Hill Country, from cozy 3-bedroom getaways to luxury 4 and 5-bedroom retreats with private cinemas, game rooms, fire pits, and cowboy pools.
A family business, built for hospitality
CHL Rentals is powered by a globally diverse team united by one mission: delivering exceptional property management and maximizing returns for investors in Austin, Texas. From Argentina to the Philippines, Ecuador to Uruguay, our backgrounds are different, but our commitment to hospitality is the same. RentinTEX began the way most good Texas businesses do, around a kitchen table, with a couple who couldn't stop talking about real estate.

Leadership
Co-founders Lucas Chaya del Pino and Flor Llaudet moved to Austin and saw a city that pulls people in from every corner of the world. Live music in the spring. Lake days in the summer. Football tailgates in the fall. F1 weekends. Bachelorette parties downtown. Quiet Hill Country escapes year-round. They believed Austin's visitors deserved homes that matched the experience, and owners deserved a partner who treated each property like their own. So they built one.
Lucas Chaya del Pino, Founder
Born and raised in Argentina, Lucas spent 18 years building small businesses on three continents before moving to Austin. He earned his MBA at Duke and went on to create and lead Dell for Startups and the Dell Expert Network, two programs that grew into $500M+/year businesses inside Dell. He brings that same operating discipline to every home in the RentinTEX portfolio, and has been investing in real estate for over a decade.
Flor Llaudet, Co-Founder & Licensed Texas REALTOR®
Flor is the operator who keeps the homes humming. With 8 years running short-term rentals and 18 years owning small businesses, she leads marketing, guest experience, staging, and the local crews who turn over every home. A licensed Texas REALTOR® with deep Austin-market expertise, Flor is the reason every RentinTEX stay feels personal.
